The problem
A growing cleaning company was running the business across spreadsheets, texts, and memory. Job details lived in one place, schedules in another, and invoicing depended on someone remembering what actually happened on site.
What we built
We replaced the spreadsheet-and-text patchwork with one system where every stage writes to the same record, so what actually happened on site is already there when it is time to invoice, instead of being reconstructed from memory. Commercial and residential lines run side by side under different rules rather than being forced into a shared shape.
How it's used
It carries a job through its full lifecycle, from CRM and sales through contracts, field operations and inspections, workforce scheduling, then billing and finance, so nothing lives in spreadsheets or texts.
