The problem
Finding and contacting local prospects by hand is the kind of work that quietly eats an evening a week: searching, copying details into a spreadsheet, deciding who is worth contacting, then writing every message from scratch.
What we built
We built it as a single-operator console rather than a team CRM, so one person can run the whole pipeline without handoffs or seat licences. The scoring is weighted and visible rather than a black box, and nothing leaves the queue without a human approving it. The automation removes the typing, not the judgement.
How it's used
Each week it discovers local businesses, filters and scores them, and drafts tailored outreach. The operator reviews, edits, and sends from one dashboard, then tracks replies and outcomes.
